Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Besha Salon & Spa ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Our Services

Besha Salon & Spa provides professional beauty services including, but not limited to:

• Hair styling, cutting, and coloring
• Keratin treatments
• Hair extensions
• Bridal hair and makeup services
• Nail services (manicures, pedicures)
• Spa treatments and facials
• Lash extensions and beauty services

All services are provided by licensed professionals. Service descriptions on our website are for informational purposes and may vary based on individual needs and stylist recommendations.

Appointments and Bookings

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. All appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our staff.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount and may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or reduce your service time to accommodate other clients.

Deposits

Certain services, particularly bridal packages and group bookings, may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments within a reasonable timeframe.

Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on consultation, hair length, density, and specific service requirements.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in service prices. Tips for excellent service are appreciated and can be added to credit card payments or given in cash.

Service Policies

Consultations

We provide complimentary consultations for most services. For complex services such as hair extensions, major color transformations, or bridal packages, we strongly recommend scheduling a consultation appointment before your service.

Allergies and Medical Conditions

You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your service. We may require you to complete a consultation form or perform a patch test before certain chemical services.

Service Results

While we strive to achieve the best results for every client, individual results may vary based on hair type, condition, and previous treatments. We cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

Corrections and Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to make reasonable adjustments or corrections. Corrections must be performed by Besha Salon & Spa stylists.

Product Recommendations

Our stylists may recommend professional hair care products to maintain your service results. These recommendations are optional but encouraged for optimal results.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your hair history, allergies, and medical conditions
• Arrive on time for your appointments
• Follow aftercare instructions provided by your stylist
• Treat our staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
• Supervise any children accompanying you to the salon
• Comply with all salon policies and procedures
• Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations

Liability and Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Besha Salon & Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Personal Property

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought into the salon. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

Service Interruptions

We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, power outages, natural disasters, or staff illness.

Conduct and Safety

We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask clients to leave if they:

• Behave in a threatening, abusive, or disruptive manner
• Appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Fail to comply with salon policies
• Engage in harassment or discrimination

No refunds will be provided for services refused due to conduct violations.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Besha Salon & Spa and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Photography and Marketing

We may photograph or video your service results for marketing purposes, including social media and our website. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your stylist before your service begins. We respect your privacy and will honor your request.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be used toward any service. Gift certificates:

• Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Have no expiration date (unless required by state law)
• Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
• Must be presented at the time of service
• Any remaining balance will remain on the gift certificate for future use

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute regarding our services, please contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and professionally.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
